POLARIS APOAPSIS
POLARIS APOAPSIS refers to the point of maximum detachment or the highest spiritual altitude an individual can reach while still being tethered to physical existence. It is a metaphorical term that combines the astronomical concept of Apoapsis (the farthest point in an orbit) with the symbolic constancy of Polaris (the North Star).
THE POINT OF DIVINE DISTANCE: Just as an object at its Apoapsis is at its farthest distance from the body it orbits, a practitioner at POLARIS APOAPSIS has moved as far as possible from the center of gravity of the ego, superego and material desire. It represents a state where the pull of the world is at its weakest, allowing for a perspective of total clarity.
STABILITY IN TRANSITION: Since Polaris is the fixed nail star that does appear to move, I coin this term to describe a state of dynamic stillness.
THE PARADOX: Even though the soul is far out in its spiritual orbit (the Apoapsis), it remains perfectly aligned with its True North (Polaris).
THE EXPERIENCE: It is described as a feeling of being suspended in the cosmos—far from the noise of life, yer more accurately oriented than ever before.
THE SLOWEST VELOCITY OF THE SOUL: Astronomically, an object at its Apoapsis travels at its slowest speed allowing for inner stillness, the moment when the frenetic motion of the mind finally slows down after reaching the POLARIS APOAPSIS. This also results in deep reflection, the ideal state for the thaumaturgical heart to observe the AMALGAM NEBULA without the distortion of rapid movement or emotional turbulence.

PERIAPSIS OF THE EGO is the nearest point in an orbit, the highest orbital velocity.
AMALGAM NEBULA is a cosmic nursery of gas and dust.
CONTEXTUAL USAGE: Most people spend their lives at the periapsis—moving too fast and too close to the heavy demands of the physical world; focus on widening the orbit to reach the POLARIS APOAPSIS, where one can finally see the universe as it truly is.
